In recognition of Clear the Shelters, Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) will be fully waiving adoption fees for cats and reducing adoption fees to $20 for all dogs during the month of August. These reduced fees will also include spay/neuter, microchip, and vaccinations. It will not cover license fees or trust deposits, if applicable. The goal of reducing fees is to make pet ownership more equitable in the communities we serve, resulting in increased adoptions and more animals finding loving homes.
