WATER TOWER PALOOZA

The City of Arnold is celebrating our 50th Anniversary Year with the rollout of a Water Tower Photo Palooza! The last 2 Water Towers were placed on June 1.

To participate, entrants will hunt for a series of 10 "mini" Arnold Water Towers that have been placed around the City. Clues about their locations have been posted to the Arnold Parks and Recreation Facebook page and on the City’s website.

Post a picture of yourself with each tower in the comments section of its clues post for a chance to win a prize!

Arsenal Credit Union and the City of Arnold Parks & Recreation Department are teaming up for an E-recycling event for the community!

Join us at the Arnold Recreation Center Outdoor Pool parking lot (1695 Missouri State Road).

ARNOLD FARMERS MARKET

Join us at the Arnold Farmers Market rain or shine from 8:00 am - Noon every Saturday through October 22! Located at Arnold City Park, 2400 Bradley Beach Rd, Arnold, MO 63010.

Over 40 vendors display their products for sale and provide plenty of opportunities for attendees to enjoy breakfast and a hot cup of coffee.

June 1 - July 31, Kids & Teens

Kids & Teens can Explore Reading this summer by participating in the Jeffco Library Summer Reading Program!

In addition to learning more about the world around us, each participant can earn fun prizes, vote for a local charity to receive a donation from Jeffco Library, and earn a chance to be entered into drawings for larger prizes at the end of the summer.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

Join the Arnold Chamber of Commerce for the 2nd Annual Golf Tournament on June 17, 2022 at Oak Valley Golf Course & Resort, 1230 Abbey Lane, Pevely, MO.

Registration and breakfast begin at 7:00 am and the tournament begins at 8:00 am. Cost is $400 per 4-person team.

Price includes breakfast (sponsored by Express Mart), lunch (sponsored by Fireworks City), 18 holes of golf, complimentary beer (sponsored by H.W. Herrell Distributing Company), and even a chance to win a new vehicle in the Hole in One contest (sponsored by Reuther Ford)!

Members of the Arnold Recreation Center are invited to attend the Summer Bash at the Outdoor Pool on June 25, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm!

Members may bring guests for $6 each. Free hot dogs, popcorn, and soda will be available. No pre-registration required.

2022 SUMMER SWIM LESSONS

Arnold Recreation Center is offering summer swim lessons as 3-week sessions and private sessions throughout the summer to accommodate family vacations and activities.

Registration for June classes is open! Lessons will be held June 7 - 25. Similar sessions will be offered in July and August. Registration for July sessions will begin on June 27, at 9:00 am. See full schedule here. Call to register in advance at 636-282-2380.

PICKLEBALL

Drop in at the Arnold Rec Center on Mondays from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm or Wednesdays from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm for a game of Pickleball! Paid Memberships have FREE entry, Non-members $6, and Seniors $5.

Pickleball is a combination of ping pong, a bit of tennis, and a splash of badminton! No need to bring any equipment and registration is not required.

YELLOW HEART MEMORIAL

The Yellow Heart Memorial is a place to honor and remember Jefferson County Residents who have died from COVID-19.

The Yellow Heart Memorial is located at Arnold Recreation Center (1695 MO State Road, Arnold, MO 63010).

HEALTH AND EDUCATION FAIR

Registration is now open for the Jefferson County Health and Education Fair. Join us at the Hillsboro Junior High School on Thursday, August 4, 12 Hawk Drive.

Children from families who meet income guidelines will receive free school supplies, shoes, health screenings, haircuts, and hearing and vision screenings during the fair.
