We are excited to announce the formation of a Utility Rate Advisory Committee.   The city is looking for residents and businesses to provide input on our water, sewer, and recycled water rates.  No prior water or committee experience is required.  The committee will gain a better understanding of the city’s water, sewer, and recycled water needs and costs for providing service while they collaborate with staff to prepare a recommendation for the City Council. 

Applicants will be appointed to the committee at the City Council meeting on October 18, 2022. The schedule for meetings will be determined after the committee is selected.  This committee will tentatively meet twice by the end of the year. Staff may schedule additional meetings in 2023, if necessary.
