5:00 pm – Chuckwagon Cleaning and Set-Up - all 4-H clubs and FFA chapters need to be represented
Wednesday, August 17, 2022
1:00 – 4:00 pm – Interview Judging – Times and locations will be assigned
4:00 – 7:00 pm – Market Livestock Weigh-In *Do not forget to bring brand inspection form
5:00 pm – Club booth set-up in 4-H Exhibit Building
Thursday, August 18, 2022
8:00 am – Horse Show – Pimperton Arena
2:00 pm – Cat Show (check-in at 1:45 pm) – 4-H Building
3:00 pm – Rabbit Show (check-in at 2:45 pm) – 4-H Building
3:00 pm – Bred Heifer Ultrasounds
4:00 pm – Poultry Show (check-in at 3:45 pm) – 4-H Building
5:00 pm – Meeting with Livestock Judge – Livestock Pavilion

7:00 am – Swine Judging and Showmanship – between Swine Barn and Livestock Pavilion
11:00 am – Sheep Judging and Showmanship, immediately following – Park Area
1:30 pm – Beef Judging and Showmanship – Park Area
Heifer Show – Park Area – immediately following beef show

10:30 am – Youth Livestock Judging Contest
2:00 pm – Round Robin – Park Area (swine will be in between swine barn and beef pavilion)

2:00 pm – Market Livestock Sale (in person and online, link will be available at later date).

4:45 pm – Silent Auction Ends. Items will be released to seller upon payment.
5:00 pm – Removal of Exhibits
