Hello fans and friends of the Center Theatre,

What has two thumbs and wonders what the heck he was thinking with the schedule this weekend? Yah, this guy right here. But that just means there’s lots of great stuff going on this weekend, no matter what your interests or tastes…and that makes it a great weekend. Here’s what’s happening and the details are all down below:

Friday at 7pm: Opening night of Disney’s Moana, Jr. We have more shows Saturday, Sunday and next weekend - but there’s something special about that opening night energy!

Saturday 1pm: Moana, Jr.
Saturday 7pm: The Wayside Grange Concert Series kicks off with Brooks and Kennedy and their renditions of classic/traditional country & Americana music.

Sunday 1pm: Moana, Jr.
Sunday 5pm to 8pm: The New Neighbor Block Party: Come down to the Theatre parking lot to enjoy a cookout, live music, dessert, and activities for all ages all at no cost to you. Welcome some of the new folks to our community and see your friends and neighbors.

Oh, and, a little movie you may have heard of called Top Gun Maverick will be playing all weekend in our small Theater. We have it for 3 weeks, but if you HAVE to see it openeing weekend you should probably get your tickets in advance.

See? Busiest weekend ever….at least not counting the Maine Whoopie Pie Festival weekend. That’s coming up too on June 25th. . . OK, gotta get back to work getting ready for all these great events. All you have to do is show up :-)
