- Pirate Tales Storytime, Mondays at 10:00am
Join us weekly for Pirate Tales: a family storytime adventure! We will be reading, rhyming and sailing through songs of the sea for this weekly summertime event. Best for little “book”aneers ages 0-5, and their deck hands.
- Captain Kids, Thursdays at 10:00am
Join us each Thursday morning this summer for Captain Kids. Swashbucklers will be challenged with ocean themed STEAM activities. Best for school-ages adventurers ages 6-11. Registration is required.
- Taleswise: Pirates Lost at Sea! Thursday, June 30th at 10:00am
Set sail with us on a thrilling action-packed adventure about a crew of quirky pirates marooned on a desert island. With mutiny and high-tide looming, they must rescue their salty captain and find a way to repair their ship before all hope is lost…at sea! Don’t miss your chance to experience this interactive nautical tale- with a refreshing splash of science!
- Senior Wii Sports, Wednesday July 6th and July 27th at 2:00pm
Try your hand at Nintendo Wii Sports during the fun, seniors-only program! Ages 55+ only. Registration required.
- Pirate Escape Room, Thursday July 7th at 3:00pm
Do you dare take on the quest of the pirate? Use your skills to follow the treasure map to unlock clues to your next adventure, and escape the pirate room. Reserve your escape time at the first desk.
- Craftsy at Carrollton, Wednesday July 13th at 2:00pm
Join us for String Art creations! All supplies included, registration is required.
- Mariner’s Museum Presents: Pirate Fact or Fiction? Thursday July 14th at 3:00pm
Ahoy, matey! You may know the legends of Jack Sparrow and Blackbeard, but have you ever wondered if pirates actually walked and talked like they do in the movies? Did they really search for buried treasure and make their enemies walk the plank? In this program we will discuss the facts and fictions of pirates of the past and present.

Join us for a hilarious good time, as we stretch, laugh, and learn yoga breathing techniques for a healthier well-being. This is a family friendly event with limited seating, registration is required.
