Starting April 1: Spring into the Cherry House Tour

Step inside and explore at your own pace more than a dozen rooms decorated for Easter during the Spring Into the Cherry House Tour. See stuffed rabbits large and small and recall Easter mornings of yesteryear, with baskets, eggs and spring flowers decorating the private historic 1849 home of hosts Beth and Frank Acker. The Cherry House is located on one of Cape May’s loveliest historic streets. Marvel at a miniature Easter town lit for the holiday displayed on the mantel and a dining table set with special dinnerware for an Easter feast. Reserve tickets here.

Starting April 7: Strange Victorian Obsessions House Tour

Victorians were fascinated with mystery and illusion and this tour through select rooms in the 1879 Physick House Museum shares that fascination. Learn about the famous Harry Houdini who captivated Victorian audiences with his intricate escapes, the Goddess of Mystery, Ionia, a Belgian beauty who Victorians worshipped for her spectacles of magic, The Great Lafayette, who became known as the world’s greatest magician, and Pepper’s Ghost, an illusion still used today, with Sherlock Holmes, Jack the Ripper and more. Reserve your tickets here.

Starting April 7: Backstreets & Byways City Tour

This 90-minute breezy tour by electric cart departs from the Physick Estate and takes you off the beaten track along routes not usually traveled — Cape May’s “back streets and byways.” Discover the fascinating history of Cape Island, from its maritime and agricultural roots to its designation as a National Historic Landmark City, and more, from experienced guides with a professional driver. The cart will make two planned stops for photo opportunities. Reservations must be made 10 days in advance

March 25 and April 1: Cape May's Forgotten Sports History Trolley Tour

Fun Fact: On March 25, 1888, the Philadelphia Phillies weren't in balmy Clearwater for Spring Training. They were right here in Cape May! Cape May’s history includes some fascinating stories about sports, such as baseball, tennis and golf, during the 19th and early 20th century. Take this trolley tour around Cape May and see where audiences once cheered on their favorite players of yesteryear. Learn about the teams, ballfields, courts and greens that were a vibrant part of America’s First Seaside Resort. Reserve tickets here.

April 8 and May 13: Brunch & Bingo at the Inn of Cape May

Laugh along with your friends as you play ten rounds of bingo, compete for prizes and enjoy a fashion show by Lace Silhouettes/Cotton Company. It’s all over a scrumptious breakfast at the newly remodeled Inn of Cape May. Reserve your tickets here.
