Eight Weeks of Free, Virtual Camp for CT Families with Children 1.5 - 5 Years Old

Get Ready!

-All Connecticut families with children 1.5 years old to 5 years old will be able to participate.

Eight-week virtual camp starts July 4, 2022

-Activities for parents/caregivers and children from 1.5 years old through 5 years old

-Each week, you’ll find five off-screen camp activities to play together, plus virtual story times led by Connecticut librarians!

Over eight weeks, explore fun themes together:

-Week 1: July 4-10 — Toddlers: Meteorologist; Littles: Astronaut

-Week 2: July 11-17 — Toddlers: Athlete; Littles: Olympian

-Week 3: July 18-24 — Toddlers & Littles: Storyteller

-Week 4: July 25-31 — Toddlers: Gardener; Littles: Engineer

-Week 5: August 1-7 — Toddlers: Painter; Littles: Artist

-Week 6: August 8-14 — Toddlers & Littles: Zoologist

-Week 7: August 15-21 — Toddlers & Littles: Architect

-Week 8: August 22-28 — Toddlers & Littles: Chef

As you play together, you’ll practice important early childhood skills. Camp is designed by early childhood educators to grow children’s hearts, words, minds, and bodies!

-Earn a Seed Badge for your first play!

-Earn a Leaf Badge for 3 plays in a week!

-Earn a Blossom Badge for 5 plays in a week!

-Connecticut families who complete the most activities per week for all eight weeks will be eligible to win prizes.

-To be eligible, families must live in Connecticut, have a child 1.5 years old through age 5, and must press “We Did It” and submit a photo of each completed activity. (The app and camp are free, no purchases necessary.)
