A Note From Your Board President

Hello Chamber Friends and welcome to 2023!

This is my first official communication as your 2023 Chamber President, how exciting! I have been looking forward to this adventure and all it will mean in my life. As those of you who know me are well aware, my life is already quite full with boards, committees, volunteer commitments and adventures. You may be wondering why I would take on the added duty of becoming this year’s Chamber President. The answer is simple: I truly believe that we’re all in this together (and by “this” I mean our lives here in Auburn) and that it’s up to all of us to be a contributing part of this system.

Together we can make a difference! Together we can make our community even better than it already is! Together we can find the myriad ways, both large and small, that we can each be a contribution to the whole. It’s easy to complain about what needs to be changed or fixed. It’s a challenge to figure out the ways that we can each tap in, and make those changes and those improvements.

As Chamber President I am deepening my commitment, both to the Chamber, and to our community as a whole. I am standing up in front of all of you and sharing my willingness to lead, to work, to be a contributing part of this amazing Auburn community!

Peggy Seitzinger,

Auburn Chamber Board President
