This Week at the Auburn Chamber

Hello Chamber Members. I am Eric Chun, board member, and am sharing our monthly news for everyone.

The Chamber is excited to upgrade a brand new sound system for all events. With membership growth, it was evident to match a small portable clear audio system for speaking and music playback. The new system is now easy to use, and set up. We are using Bag End 6002 powered speakers, a small Allen and Heath console, and a Miktek PM9 microphone alomg with speaker stands, cart and cables. You know the last thing you think about is a sound system, but the first comment is always that you cant hear anything or its too loud… Our new system is great, and can be supplemented if needed for larger events.!! If. You would like to volunteer to help run the system contact Rebecca at the office, and l set up a training session. Its just another way to contribute to the Chamber and our community!

On the other side we have a great community event on June 10 called FAM. It stands for Food Art and Music, and will be at the Auburn Garden Theatre at 350 Nevada street from 3-7 PM. All Auburn food, art galleries, and music. The event is a fundraiser for the Auburn Senior Center, Auburn Winds, and Dewitt Theatre Restoration. You can get tickets at the Chamber office , or online at Event Brite.

Have a great Spring !!!!
