Although Auburn State Theatre (AST) is temporarily closed for Theatre Restoration, we are still screening films at Auburn’s Odd Fellows Lodge and other locations through the end of the year.

In this Irving Berlin musical, Jim (Bing Crosby), Ted (Fred Astaire), and Lila have a popular song and dance act and classic love triangle. When Lila jilts Jim for Ted, his plans go awry but he soon comes up with the idea for an entertainment venue open only on holidays. On New Year's Eve, “Holiday Inn” opens to a packed house; meanwhile, Lila dumps Ted and aspiring performer Linda joins the mix. Through the whirl of holiday performances, a comedic blend of mix-ups, deceit and disguises ensues.
