GET INVOLVED: JUSTICE & TRANSFORMATION - AND A NEW WORK OF ART THAT IS LIKE NOTHING YOU'VE EVER SEEN BEFORE!

As you may know, a citizen artist named vanessa german has been working on a major new multidisciplinary art project commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Brown v. Board decision....and YOU are invited to play a role in its creation.

Part of this project is a spoken word operetta performed by an intergenerational choir that embodies love, justice and transformation. Therefore, Topekans of all backgrounds, ages, experiences are all invited to join the choir. Rehearsals will be on Monday evenings on the Washburn Campus - and you'll find more details on the ArtsConnect website.

Most importantly, this will be a fun, exciting and unique opportunity - truly something that has never been done in Topeka before. There's no audition and no singing required - just an interest in being a part of this incredible experience. If you're interested, please sign up so that we can contact you with all of the details! The next rehearsal is on April 15 at 6:30p.
