Every year Arts and Culture El Dorado presents the Normadene Carpenter Award, which recognizes extraordinary service to our community. This year we are honoring Bill Roby, Executive Director of the El Dorado Community Foundation.

The Carpenter Award reception and award ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 6:00 pm, in the lovely setting of David Girard Vineyards, where we will gather with friends for a cocktail reception to celebrate Bill and the work of the Community Foundation. Proceeds from this event go directly to supporting the programs and services of Arts and Culture El Dorado.
