The Akron Home and Garden Show presents over 100 vendors, all offering products and services to enhance your home. Whether you want to repair, redesign, or refresh your home, the Akron Home and Garden Show has something for everyone! The show provides a unique opportunity for visitors to meet various vendors, have one-on-one conversations with experts, and see state-of-the-art products.

Over 75,000 Square Feet of Exhibition Space!

Have fun exploring the 75,000 square feet of exhibits at the Akron Home and Garden Show. The Carter Lumber Stage will feature industry professionals presenting on design, color, and other home trends. There’s family fun planned with Outback Ray’s animal exhibition, Sit Means Sit dog demonstrations and more. You’ll find a giant tree-trimming truck and oversized flowers on the show floor.  Both are sure to be perfect for a fun family adventure filled with photos!

The stage is jam-packed with exciting home and garden presentations!

The Carter Lumber Stage will feature industry professionals presenting on design, color, and other home and garden trends. For the HGTVers, experts give talks on wallcoverings, upcycling and lighting. For the plant lovers, Summit Metro Parks explains sustainable landscaping and native plants for the yard. And Outback Ray’s animal exhibition and Sit Means Sit’s dog training demonstration feature family fun. There is something for everyone!

With over 75,000 square feet of event space and more than 100 quality vendors, the Akron Home and Garden Show provides a unique opportunity for visitors to meet vendors, have one-on-one conversations with experts, and see state-of-the-art products. 4:00 – 5:00pm: Lighting Done Right with Tom Rafferty of Lumen Nation (Learn how to use LED lighting effectively.)
5:00 – 8:00pm: Carter Lumber Contractors’ Party (An HBA ticketed Event)

12:00 – 1:00pm: Live Animal Show with Outback Ray
1:00 – 2:00pm: Trends in Wall Coverings(Andy January, January Paint and Wallpaper, and Melissa Beasley, Northport Flooring America, share their expertise on wall coverings.  What’s Hot and What’s Not!)
2:00 – 3:00pm: Create Your Wild Backyard with Summit Metro Parks (Use your garden plants as a habitat for wildlife and bees.)
3:00 – 4:00pm: PLANT SALE (purchase plants from around the show floor)

Students, Seniors and Military: $7
Children 14 and Under: FREE
Discounted tickets for students (14 yrs. to 25 yrs.), active and retired military, and seniors (65 and older).
