Wednesday, May 24, 2023:

9 AM – All FFA Animals Arrive (All animals must arrive by 9 am, no exceptions) Weigh In’s to follow

10 AM – FFA Weigh In’s (Swine, Sheep, and Goats)

1 - 5 PM – 4-H Beef Arrive

1 – 5 PM – 4-H Sheep and Goats Arrive

3 - 5 PM – Still Exhibits Check-In

5 PM – FFA and 4-H Weigh In’s Beef

5 - 6:30 PM – 4-H Weigh In’s (Sheep and Goats)

6:00 - 7:30 PM – 4-H Swine arrive

6:30 PM – Mandatory Exhibitors Meeting

Thursday, May 25, 2023:

6 – 9 AM – 4-H Swine/Sheep/Goat arrive (All Swine must arrive by 9 am, no exceptions) Weigh In’s to follow

8 – 9 AM – Food Still Exhibit Check In

10 AM – Still Exhibit Judging

11 AM – Mandatory Exhibitors Meeting (If you missed the Wednesday Meeting)

1 – 3 PM – Planting of Garden Barrels

3:30 PM – Garden Barrel Judging

6 PM – 8 PM: Twilight Parade – Theme: 2023 Red, White and Blue - Animal Jamboree

Twilight Parade Info!

Join the community for a fun-filled evening parade throughout the streets of Healdsburg! Immediately following the parade, head over to Rec Park for the kick-off to the annual Healdsburg Future Farmers Country Fair! The parade route starts near St. John's Church on East and Matheson St., turning right onto Center St. and continuing to Piper St., then heading south on Fitch St., turning onto Matheson St. and ending on University.

7:30 – 9:30 PM – MUSIC

Friday, May 26, 2023:

6 AM - 7:30 AM - Small Animal

7 AM Steer Walk (Meet at Steer Barn)

7:45 AM – Mandatory Small Animal Exhibitor’s Meeting

8 AM – Livestock Shows Begin

FFA Swine Showmanship followed by market classes
4-H Swine Showmanship followed by market classes

Ring 2

4-H Sheep Showmanship followed by market classes
FFA Sheep Showmanship followed by market classes
4-H Mkt Goat Showmanship followed by market classes

8 AM – Small Animal Round Robin 4-H followed by FFA

9 AM Swan Brothers Circus performances throughout the day

10 AM – Large Animal Round Robin 4-H followed by FFA

10 – 8 PM– Still Exhibit Tent Open

12 – 12:30 PM – Kid’s Day Activities: Fun and prizes for all ages
Watermelon Eating, Dough Nut on a String, Barrel Race, Potato Sack Race

1 PM – Buyers Dinner

3 PM – Awards Ceremony - All Exhibitors must be in uniform

4 PM – Livestock Auction
4-H followed by FFA
Scholarship Lots
Sir Rusty Ticket Drawing will be held during the auction
