The Apple Fest is a fun weekend for the whole family. The high quality of the exhibitors, uniqueness of products offered, and diversity make the Apple Fest a hit for all ages!

Because there is so much to do, see, and eat at the festival, take a look at what the festival has to offer before its here! This way, you don’t miss out on anything you and your family would like to experience!

What To Do:

At Apple Fest, there is always something to do, and we provide family fun for all ages!

Hours of Fun:

If the hundreds of crafts aren’t enough to keep you busy, spend some time on the midway, enjoy the petting zoo, or take your child on a pony ride!

So Much to Do, So Little Time!

When you’re not spending time trying all of the glorious snacks and treats found throughout the festival, there are hundreds of vendors, family friendly rides, music, and even wagon rides for you to enjoy!

The Midway:

Rides and games for the young and young at heart. It’s easy to find. Just look for the ferris wheel towering over the tents. Tickets for rides found on the midway can be purchased at the ticket booths.

Crafts:

Close to 500 skilled craftsmen display their wares under 1500 running feet of colorful tents. All crafters are juried so the quality is always remarkable. All crafter spots are sold out each year. You will be sure to find a unique and amazing selection of items.

Pony Rides:

Live pony rides for the youngsters can be found between the Quonset building and the main entrance of the Donut n’ Dumplins barn.

Free Entertainment:

Continuous live entertainment is always located in the Quonset building. Come, sit down and rest your feet while you listen to some live music or listen to a storyteller.

Farming and Agriculture:

Exhibits: VVS Maple Syrup Exhibit and Sale

CNY Farm Bureau: Flavored milks, Vegetables, Horse Drawn wagon rides

Petting Zoo:

Ever wanted to feed or pet a sheep or goat? Now is your chance! Kids love being hands on with our animals in the petting zoo.

While Apple are kind of our thing, we offer a variety of food to satisfy your weekend cravings!

Our signature apple pies and hand pressed apple cider are fan favorites, but there are plenty of other food options to satisfy your cravings.

Apples to Apples!

Cider Mill: Cider is pressed in an antique cider press while you watch. You can even participate! A unique hands-on experience for the youngsters. Free cider samples.

Country Apple Gift Shop: Many lovely apple related gifts: Festival T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, hand crafted pottery. Candles, ornaments and many more decorative items can be found. Gift shop is located in the large red building facing Rt 20.

Apples & Cider: Apples by the peck or by the pound along with fresh cider sold in pints, quarts or gallons. We can be found at three different locations. One is in front of the large red building facing Rt 20, another is at the west end of the food court building (Look for the red building with the large apple on top) and our third location is in the apple sales building located just past the entrance gate on your way back to the parking lot.

Apple Sample Station: Located in the large red building facing Rt 20 between the apple cider sales area and the cider mill. You can receive a free sample of many different varieties of locally grown apples. Learn which are good for baking, salads or just plain good to eat.

Food, Food, and More Food! (And of course, even more Apples!)

Kountry Kitchen: Apple related dessert items are always available. Apple pancake breakfast is an Apple Festival tradition. Apple pies, apple dumplings, apple turnovers, cider donuts, and ice cream are our specialties. The Kitchen is located behind the Donuts N’ Dumplins Barn.

Donuts N’ Dumplins: Fresh apple cider donuts made onthe premise with our own machines. We also make dumplins, apple pie, apple turnovers, hot mulled cider and cold cider! It’s fresh, it’s delicious and you know you love these treats!

Festival Food Court: Only our own local civic organizations may serve food at the Apple Festival. They do so with great community spirit and pride! A wide variety of foods are available to tickle you palettes!

Locally Made Apple Pies Available From:

St. Joseph’s Church: Located across from the gazebo and flower beds, St. Joe’s bakes and sells thousands of apple pies made by the parish. They also sell wonderful freshly deep fried apple fritters. This is the taste of the Apple Festival!
