8:00 a.m. - Setup Begins

9:30 a.m. - Vendors deadline to be setup

9:45 a.m. - Registration for Costume Parade Opens

10:00 a.m. - Trunk-or-Treat Set up

10:15 a.m.-  Costume Parade

11:00 a.m. - Rockport Coastal Dance Academy

11:30 a.m.  Band set up

11:30 a.m. Trunk-or-Treat begins

12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. The Steelwater Band

2:00 p.m. - Event ends
