April 26, 2024 - Sitzmark

6 pm - 8 pm
Costume Contest - ALL 50 entries are up for grabs for the most creative costumes and best dancers! Dress to impress the judges and you may just find yourself straight-lining into a slushy pond at Saturday's main event. Costumes must be PG-13. Entry fee is $50. There will be NO costume entries day-of.  Must be 16 or older.

9 pm - 1 am
Kyle Hollingsworth Band - Live at the Sitz

April 27, 2024 - Christmas Run Venue

12 pm - Venue and Beer Gardens Open!
Come early and take a stroll through Vendor Village (located in the Christmas lot) for delicious bites from Serrano's Mexican Grill and Smokehouse BBQ, Original Gourmet Ice Cream Bars, biodegradable glitter services by Raw Crystal Collective, a photo booth from GCI, and giveaways from State Farm Agent Justin Goodman.

Don't forget to grab a cold one from the beer garden! $1 from every beer sold at the Alaska Airlines Slush Cup will benefit the Girdwood Food Pantry. Girdwood Food Pantry is a program of Turnagain Community Services located at Girdwood Chapel since 2007. The Food Pantry welcomes anyone in need, and serves over 250 people per month in Girdwood, Whittier, and around Turnagain Arm.

3 pm - Idiot Swim
Grab your buds and go for a swim in the Alaska Airlines Slush Cup pool!

3:45 pm - National Anthem

4 pm - 6 pm - Alaska Airlines Slush Cup

6 pm - Awards
The winner gets choice of an Alyeska Resort 2024-2025 season pass or two (2) Alaska Airlines "Fly Anywhere" vouchers. 2nd and 3rd place winners, as well as the Biggest Crash and Biggest Air, receive prizes from Powder Hound Ski & Bike Shop, Kendall Auto Alaska, and GCI.

April 28, 2024 - Base of Bear Cub Quad

11 am - Registration Opens
All registration for Sunday's events will be on the Sitzmark deck. You will also have the chance to experience dog mushing with Alyeska Tours (home of Ryan Redington, 2023 Iditarod Champion!), enjoy biodegradable glitter services by Raw Crystal Collective, jump in the bouncy castle, or grab a sweet treat from Original Gourmet Ice Cream Bars!

1 pm - Dummy Downhill
Home-made Dummy's go FULL SEND off a jump. Scores are based on dummy creativity, air, and destruction upon crashing. Dummy's must arrive by 12 pm for upload. The winning team gets choice of "Porcupines, Moose, and Bears, Oh My" package from the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, and a gift card for Alyeska Resort; there are also prizes for 2nd and 3rd place!

2 pm - Alaskan Gladiator
New Event In 2024! Test your skill and courage in the gladiator pit with a one-on-one competition to knock your opponent off the plank. The winning adult will receive a soak & sleep at Alyeska Resort and Alyeska Nordic Spa, and the winning junior will receive (2) passes for Veilbreaker Skybridges. Please bring your own towel for this event!

3 pm - XTRATUF Tug-o-War
A good ol' fashioned tug-of-war to pull the opposing team into the pool. This bracket tournament is a test of strength, endurance and strategy. Teams are made up of 5 players. The participants on each the winning adult and junior teams will receive a pair of XTRATUFs; there are also prizes for 2nd and 3rd place! Please bring your own towel for this event!
