47th Annual Campbellsville-Taylor County Fourth of July Celebration

The 2023 Fourth Of July Theme: Family, Fun and Freedom

For 47 years, the Campbellsville-Taylor County Fourth of July Celebration has been one of the biggest celebrations in Central Kentucky! Things are getting underway for another amazing year full of stellar festivities, great entertainment, and all-around fun!

The annual Campbellsville-Taylor County Fourth of July Celebration is so much more than just celebrating our nation’s independence. It’s about showcasing and honoring the families, friends, and communities that help make this nation so great!

For nearly 50 years, this Central Kentucky staple has been rocking the Bluegrass with exceptional musical performances, wholesome family events, fantastical hot air balloons, and jaw-dropping fireworks.

This year’s theme – “Family, Fun and Freedom” – represents everything our celebration stands for. We’re proud of our annual family event, and this year’s theme reinforces just what that means to us here in Campbellsville.

After showing off our local pride with 2022’s theme “Hometown Strong”, we’re glad to announce this year’s theme is “Family, Fun and Freedom.” What better way to promote our five-day event with a theme that reflects what the celebration’s all about!

This five-day event has it all: food, local craftsmen and shops, hot air balloons, music, parades, fireworks, and so much more. Don’t miss this year’s event. We’re making it better than ever before!

Family-Friendly Activities:

All of the great attractions, features, and family-friendly fun you’ve come to expect from this yearly celebration – including all types of music, games, food, and friends – were brought back with a bang! The myriad of shows, parades, activities, and the ever-popular fireworks show meant plenty of fun was had and memories were definitely made.

Music and Live Entertainment:

With each passing year, our musical and entertainment shows get better and better, so there’s always something to look forward to!

With live shows like gospel musicians, theater productions, and the K-Country Showdown, there’s always something to be watching or enjoying during the celebration!
