This June 14-16, 2024, the Queer Women of Color Media Arts Project (QWOCmap) Will Host Its Landmark 20th Annual International Queer Women of Color Film Festival (QWOCFF24) at the Beautifully Renovated Presidio Theatre in San Francisco’s Presidio National Park. Admission is Free, and the Festival Will Showcase 44 Films Across Five Screenings. Upholding Our Long-standing Commitment to Disability Justice, We Ensure Inclusivity With Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard-of-hearing, Audio Descriptions for the Blind and Low Vision, and Asl Interpretation at All Screenings. This Comprehensive Approach Ensures That All Attendees Can Fully Participate in and Appreciate the Cinematic Experience.

The Panel Dives Into the Past 20 Years, Mapping What Has or Has Not Changed as Well as Where the Needle Might Have Shifted. It Also Navigates a Vision of the Next 20 Years, Looking Beyond Representation and Inclusion to What Just and Compelling Filmmaking Can Be in Order to Create Change.
