Join Chinatown 808 and our presenting sponsor American Savings Bank for a family-friendly festival in Honolulu's Historic Chinatown to welcome the 2024 Lunar New year.

The 2024 Lunar New Year parade starts at the Hawaii State Capitol lawn with participants marching along Hotel Street, where they enter Honolulu Chinatown and are brought to the Night in Chinatown Festival along Beretania Street, which flows into the historical A'ala Park.

This event is perfect for all ages, and it's an excellent opportunity to learn more about and celebrate Chinese culture while having a great time with family and friends. Don't forget to invite your loved ones and join us for this memorable Chinese New Year celebration.

1:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Bicycle Valet

Hawai'i Bicycling League (HBL) will be providing those biking to the Night in Chinatown Festival a free bike valet service and VIP parking that will give you front-row access to experience the event. Beat the traffic, move sustainably, and get the best parking available!
