2022 Flu Clinic Schedule

SEASONAL FLU CLINICS ANNOUNCED

Middletown — The Middletown, Cromwell, and Durham health departments are partnering with Stop and Shop Pharmacy to bring flu vaccine clinics to our communities. In order to receive a flu shot you must be at least 9 years of age, and in good health. The vaccine is free of charge and there is no co-payment with most insurance plans (please bring your insurance card). Appointments will not be taken and residency is not required. Facemasks are required and social distancing will be enforced. Vaccines will be given on a first-come, first-served basis (appointments will not be taken).

Here is a list of vaccines that are available:

- Seasonal Influenza vaccine

- Pneumonia vaccine

- Shingles vaccine

- T-DAP vaccine

- COVID-19 booster doses

Participants are strongly encouraged to save time by downloading and completing the Vaccine Informed Consent Form on-line @: cromwellct.com; townofdurhamct.org; or middletownct.gov.
