Opening Ceremonies of the 13th Annual Deerfield Valley Blueberry Festival, Jacksonville Blueberry Festival Music and Market Event 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm  Visit the Town of Whitingham featuring the Jacksonville Blues Band Blueberries, Books, Barbecues, Live Auction, Wellness Products, and a Farm Market Come shop, eat, bring a chair, and enjoy the show.

The Whitingham Free Public Library 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm  Will feature a mini book sale and children's activities and is hosting a local Massachusetts author and photographer, Christy Butler, who will be present with his new book, Berkshire Destinations They also have arranged for The Southern Vermont Natural History Museum to be on site with owls, hawks, turtles, snakes and more Whitingham Municipal Center, Village of Jacksonville, VT.

35th Annual Timeline Event 10:00 am – 5:00 pm  See a walk-through history on the Dover Forge lawn: see an encampment of reenactors from Ancient Times to today. Walk-through displays and demonstrations of weapons, gear, and all manner of historical and nostalgic items. See, feel, and smell the past come alive.

Windham County Natural Resources Conservation District We will be giving away free ice cream at the Boyd Family Farm between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm  We are able to do this with help from the Vermont Community Foundation who puts building and nurturing communities front and center. The function of the Conservation District is to focus and coordinate available technical, financial, and educational resources to meet the needs of Windham County land users. Districts encourage volunteer cooperation of landowners and the public through information and education. We also inform local, state, and federal elected officials about the implication of on-the-ground conservation issues that they address.
