This class is for students who like creative freedom but sometimes need help developing painting ideas. Every two weeks, we will focus on a new theme using identity, memory, time, science, or spirituality and create an artwork related to that theme. This approach will help you develop a practice of recognizing inspiration. We will use different paint mediums, such as acrylic and watercolor, to explore the themes and create finished paintings. We will also study other artists and their processes to learn new techniques.
