Live music, Hill Country barbecue, Texas Hold ‘Em and more will highlight the grand opening for the Regency 55+ Amenity Center 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at 220 Flower Valley Parkway at Santa Rita Ranch in Liberty Hill, Texas.

Billboard Hot Country Star Chart topper Kevin Fowler will perform along with Darrell Goldman, a regular performer at Austin’s Broken Spoke. Guests will enjoy smokehouse barbecue and libations from professional mixologists serving Texas wine, beer and whiskey at the open bar. Poker games, line dancing and pickleball are also on the itinerary as attendees tour the new amenity complex, which features a clubhouse, resort pool, outdoor gathering areas, courts for pickleball and bocce ball and more.

The amenity complex is exclusive to residents of Regency at Santa Rita Ranch, featuring homes by Toll Brothers that are priced from the mid $300,000s.
