An eight-session education course for family members, caregivers and friends of an adult loved one living with a mental health condition. This is not a support group.

This is a nationally-developed program proven to help families. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of class participants.

This program is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive sessions.
