The Kapalua Wine & Food Festival at the award-winning Kapalua Resort is a weekend of culinary delights, premium and hard to find wines and celebration of the good life. Celebrity Chef Charlie Palmer along with other industry notables, join us to honor and celebrate our Love for Lahaina with special guests and fundraising opportunities throughout the weekend.

Caviar Expert Christopher Klapp will share tastes of exclusive and rare caviar from the world-famous Petrossian label. Expertly paired with Special Club Champagne Wines from Sommelier and Grace Under Pressure Champagne Importer Christine Mercnik.

Special Club is the Highest Classification of “Grower Champagne.” Small independent grower producers are making the most exciting and sought after wines in Champagne today. They may only be made in outstanding years.

Celebrity Chef phenom Maneet Chauhan - two-time champion of Food Network’s  Tournament of Champions, and many more culinary shows including “Chopped” - will showcase cuisine from her popular restaurants in Nashville and Orlando. Join Maneet in a lively, fun and delicious four-course luncheon paired with the wines from of Jean-Charles Boisset Collection.  Buena Vista’s Vice President of Winemaking Brian Maloney will be on hand to discuss the wine pairings.
