GOODWILL TO HOST HIRING EVENT IN VOLUSIA COUNTY

WHAT:

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida (GICF) is hosting a hiring event to fill a variety of retail positions at the Port Orange store. Interviews will take place on-site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8. Available roles include textile grader, store clerk, cashier and wares processor.

Recruiters will also be looking to hire leads and attendants to staff a new Donation Xpress Center that’s scheduled to open in Ormond Beach on June 1.

All positions start at $16/hour. The organization offers generous benefits including one-on-one Prosperity Planning for personal and professional goals, retirement matching and a 100% pre-paid tuition scholarship program.

Walk-ins are welcome, and applicants should dress in business casual attire and wear closed-toe shoes for a tour of the production areas.
