Sandusky Street Antiques celebrates the First Friday downtown event with a costumed fortune teller offering free fortunes for adults. The fortune teller is Debbie Keri-Brown, who goes by the name of Lorelei when she is offering readings. The store will be open from 10-9 that day and most downtown businesses will be open late as well. Main Street Delaware is sponsoring the monthly downtown event, with April's festivities honoring the eclipse and science fiction. There will be a sci-fi scavenger hunt for young and old alike, free eclipse glasses while supplies last, prizes from COSI and other special activities as well. Visitors can even dress in sci-fi attire if they choose!

Sandusky Street Antiques is a two level shop which features collectibles to decorate the home and unique gifts such as jewelry, linens, furniture, primitives, glassware and pottery, architectural pieces, folk art and more from the 1500s to the 1960's with a special focus on older items. The lower level of this historic, 1869 building features newer home accessories with a vintage appeal.

The building was home to a haberdashery shop, five and dime, McCrory’s, Pilsner’s and other businesses. The upper levels, which are now restored loft apartments, were once used as a ballroom and as a meeting place for the Knights of Pythias.
