D1 Training, a leading fitness concept utilizing the five core tenets of athletic-based training, will be opening a new location in Fort Worth at 4800 S. Hulen St. in Hulen Mall on Saturday, May 4. The group fitness facility employs a sports-science backed training regimen led by certified trainers to help people of all ages achieve their sport and fitness goals.

In celebration of the new location’s launch, Fort Worth neighbors and residents are encouraged to stop by and meet the facility’s team at its grand opening event from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on May 4.  The grand opening schedule includes but is not limited to:

·       Adult Workout at 9 a.m.

·       Scholastic Workout at 10 a.m.

·       World Famous Texas BBQ from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Free for Founding Members)

·       Grand Opening Raffle including a 55-inch TV, D1 Personal Training Package, Hulen’s Heroes (swag bag of donated item from neighboring stores at Hulen Mall), Stanley Cups, D1 Swag Bag, and much more.

·       Vendor Village featuring partners in nutrition, recovery, wellness, and health.

The new D1 Training is owned by 45 Sports Division, the largest franchisee group within D1 Training. D1 Training offers four age-based programs including Rookie (ages 7-11), Developmental (ages 12-14), Prep (ages 15-18) and D1 Adult. Outside of group workouts, D1 Training offers one-on-one training with world-class coaches.
