TCCHD was formed in 1992 to ensure the basic civil rights and human dignity of all Oregonians. A member organization of the Rural Organizing Project, TCCHD seeks to gather like-minded individuals together to discuss and participate in Democracy and to inform the general public about current issues from immigration and military recruitment in schools to gay marriage and the cost of war to rural communities.
