About us
The Rainier Garden Club is one of the oldest and most active organizations in the community. It currently has 52 members, and recently won an award for increasing its membership by nearly 20 percent in the past year.

The club meets at 9:30 a.m. on the first Wednesday of every month, except January, at the United Methodist Church, 1st & West C Streets, Rainier, Oregon 97048. The June meeting, a potluck luncheon and awards ceremony, is usually held at the home of one of the members.

A usually short business meeting is followed by a complimentary light lunch and a program of interest to devoted gardeners. Visitors are always welcome.

The Rainier Garden Club (RGC) is a member of the Pioneer District of the Oregon Federation of Garden Clubs, and a member of the Pacific Region of National Garden Clubs, Inc. RGC was organized originally in 1945; disbanded in 1964, and reorganized in 1983. It has been in continuous operation since.
