The Pulaski County Learning Center, Inc. (PCLC) is a non profit literacy council that has strived to improve the basic reading, writing and mathematical skills of adults and children since 2000. PCLC promotes student centered learning in comfortable, non-threatening environments.

PCLC is changing lives....LITERALLY!

The mission of the Pulaski County Learning Center is to provide free basic reading, writing and mathematical skills to adults and children.

Our primary goal is to establish and maintain literacy programs throughout Pulaski county to lower the percentage of illiteracy.
