Goals for 2012 - 2015 to meet our mission will be to:

  1. Provide excellent customer service through a commitment to staff training and improved internal communication.

  2. Make the library West Hartford's focal point for community dialog and the open sharing of ideas.

  3. Realize the full potential of technology to improve the delivery of information to the West Hartford community.

  4. Strengthen external communications.
