"Country View Estates" is a community recognized by the US Geological Survey as Class Code U6, located in Norfolk County in the town of Franklin, Massachusetts. The area specifically encompasses Conlyn Ave, Carmine Dr and Anthony Rd and due to its close proximity; we have also included the nearby residents of West Central St for the purpose of our friendly and informal Neighborhood Association.

Established in 2009, the goal of the Franklin Country View Estates Neighborhood Association (CVENA) is to unite our efforts and therefore, amplify our collective voice towards the protection and enhancement of our unique interests within our own special neighborhood. Together we can ensure that the value of our homes and the quality of our neighborhood remains positive while making new friends and acquaintances.
