Carmen Dragon is a group of women dedicated to raising funds for the O.C> performing Arts Center while enjoying each others company and enjoying the arts at the same time.

We meet the third thursday of the month in different homes. The women mostly live in Anaheim Hills, Anaheim, with a few from Brea, Placentia and neighboring towns.
