Arktoberfest celebrates two things Arkansas does great: craft beer and catfish! Amateur and professional cooks will battle it out to see who makes the best catfish, and homebrewers will eagerly await the results of an AHA/BJCP-sanctioned competition with traditional awards plus cash prizes.
