Administer Justice

Administer Justice is a non-profit organization providing legal and financial advocacy to low-income individuals in Kane County and surrounding areas.  Services include private attorney consultations, financial and budget counseling, tax controversy intercession with the IRS, and educational seminars on topics such as child support enforcement, guardianship, small claims, immigration, expungement, and foreclosure.

We rely on the generosity of our donor community to help us keep with up with the exploding demand for our services.  Poverty affects 1 out of 3 residents of the suburbs, caused by job loss, abandonment, illness or disability, or serious credit card or mortgage debt.

The number one person affected by poverty in the suburbs is a child, followed by their single parent.  Unless there is someone there to stand up with them and protect their rights,  they will be left to fend for themselves within the legal system.

We serve the community in an effort to put the "all" into "justice for all".
