Stratford Library Sets "Hoover-Palooza" Festival

Popular Author to be Celebrated on December 1

The Stratford Library Reference Department will host "Hoover-Palooza" a celebration of the books by the uber-popular author, Colleen Hoover. The program, which is free and open to the public, will be held live in the Library’s Lovell Room.

Colleen Hoover is an American author of romance and young adult fiction. She is best known for her 2016 romance novel It Ends with Us. Many of her works were self-published before being picked up by a publishing house and, as of October 2022, Hoover has sold more than 20 million books. These include Verity, Ugly Love, It Starts With Us and All Your Perfects among many others. She currently has three titles on the top of the New York Times Bestseller List. At the Stratford Library event there will be book giveaways, games, prizes, snacks, hot cocoa and much more.
