Hello travelers!

We often get asked what our favorite trips to lead are. What do we recommend, for first time travelers or for those looking for an adventure of a lifetime? Below you'll find our answers, and why we love them. We hope that you'll join us on these special adventures in 2023!

"Block Island (September 29-October 2) is my favorite trip. For over 25 years, our annual weekend experience has been shared with hundreds of travelers, both new and returning. There's always something different to see, and being able to witness how each year changes keeps the experience fresh. The memories made are never forgotten." - Andy Griswold

"Without question, my favorite trip is our spring Warbler Extravaganza (May 8-18). We visit four of the best birding hotspots on the Great Lakes, timed with peak migration. We also visit some birding festivals, where people come from around the world to witness migration and share their love of nature. It's a great trip for birders of all levels, as many species are down around eye level." - Matt Bell

"Hands down for me is Monhegan Island (September 20-23). It's a beautiful, quiet island with lots of options for birding and hiking. You never know what you're going to find there, from rarities to warblers dripping from trees to your feet. Plus, there's the ever exciting boat trip with calm seas or rolling waves. The weather makes it a different trip every year." - Jim Sherwonit
