For Thursday night’s Whole Enchilada pass exclusive festival kickoff this year, we’re hosting a taco welcome party that’s second to none. The Taco Mafia Crew, including Edgar Rico and Sara Mardanbigi of Nixta Taqueria and Luis “Beto” Robledo of Cuantos Tacos, will be cooking it up and you’ll taste some of the best tacos in Austin downtown at the Mohawk. Sarah Lim of OMG Squee will be bringing the sweets. *This event is only accessible via the Whole Enchilada full weekend pass. No individual tickets are available for this event.

The answer is Al Fuego, Hot Luck’s main event and live-action celebration of flame-fueled and open-air cooking styles that run the gamut. A place where we ask chefs to keep it casual, set them up with the best meats, the coldest beer and all kinds of cooking contraptions. Al Fuego celebrates the fare rarely seen at large events—the obsessively prepared, passionately executed, inspiring food that chefs love to eat.
