(Shhh, that’s our secret) Held every Presidents’ Day Weekend, the Arts Festival is one of the nation’s premier arts festivals and is hosted right here in the charming waterfront village of Coconut Grove. More than 280 internationally recognized and jury-selected artists showcase their spectacular works with Biscayne Bay as the backdrop.
