We are thrilled to announce the return of the Pulaski County Fair presented by Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort for its 3rd annual event at the NLR Riverfront Park, situated along the picturesque banks of the Arkansas River. The fair is set to take place from May 19-29, 2023, offering nine days of fun, food, and entertainment for the whole family.

The 2023 fair will include PBJ Happee Days Shows carnival midway, rides, games, petting zoo, novelty vendors, foods, soft and adult beverages. Live entertainment and more will be announced as we prepare for our exciting growth for year three.

Memorial Day Military Tribute benefiting Freedom Sings Arkansas

Musicians/singers/bands:

We're providing sound, drums, and a bass cab for your backline. CCliff & Susanwill be leading the jam, and we invite all passionate singers, bands, and musicians to participate and showcase their skills. Let's come together and create a magical musical tribute to our brave military heroes and our nation and raise money for FFreedom Sings Arkansas

This event is dedicated to raising donations for Freedom Sings Arkansas, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. They provide a nurturing environment of support for military Veterans, active duty men & women, military spouses, and surviving family members. Through the power of songwriting, they transform personal stories into music, creating a healing experience for all involved.

Let's honor and empower our servicemen and women by supporting this worthy cause. All proceeds from the event will go towards Freedom Sings Arkansas.

Admission:

Admission to the park is $5 for adults, while children 12 and under can enter for free.

Special days:

Wed. Free May 24: Free Gate Admission/Regular carnival prices.
Thurs. May 25: All carnival rides $2 each (2 ride tickets).

Wristbands and ride tickets:

Visitors can enjoy unlimited rides with an all-day wristband for $25, or purchase single ride tickets for $1 each (rides require 3-7 tickets depending on the ride). Starting April 19, pre-sale all-day carnival wristbands will be available for just $22 at the North Little Rock Welcome Center, 600 Main Street, Suite 120, North Little Rock. Open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
