Who wants to cook over a hot stove on Mother's Day?    Why not hop in the car and motor over to Knickerbocker Mansion in the lovely Upper Hudson Valley and spend some time there!   We're  featuring a Mother's Day Breakfast and an afternoon Chicken BBQ!

Breakfast:   8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. featuring our Pancakes & Waffles with real maple syrup; Knickrbocker Souffle, Fried Potatoes Sausage, Borden's Orchard Apple Sauce with coffee, tea or hot chocolate.   Cost  is $12.00 -- all you can eat!

Chicken BBQ:  Noon - 2:00 p.m. serves up a Barbecued Half  Chicken Creamed Potatoes, Baked Beans, Cabbage Salad with a Roll and Apple or Rhubard Crisp for dessert plus coffee, tea, iced tea and lemonade!    Cost  is $18.00 and reservations are recommended by calling 518 588-7130.  Dining is available under the Pavilion or take-out.

Also:  Veterans Memorial Program begins at 1:00 p.m. at the Cemetery and Mansion Tours take place every hour on the half-hour beginning at 9:30 a.m.  Our bake sale table will be piled high with fruit pies, cookies an little  cakes at the Pavilion.
